Dedicated to supporting your mental health journey.
At Anchored Psychiatric Care, our mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive medication management while incorporating therapeutic dialogue for patients 18 years and older. We aim to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential through tailored psychiatric support.

Christina Layton is a dually board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) with over 10 years’ experience in the field of nursing. She started her nursing career working in the Burn Unit while obtaining her FNP.
She graduated with her FNP at the end of 2019 just before the pandemic, when her and her partner traveled to New York to serve patients at the height of the pandemic. Christina and her partner dedicated their entire year in 2020 as bedside nurses for COVID-19 patients in New York and Texas. Christina has traveled to places like Australia, China, South Korea, throughout North America, and even to the east African country of Uganda where she worked alongside midwifery students and as a nurse educator.
Through all of her experiences, both personally and professionally, she has witnessed the need for mental health care. She incorporates elements of psychotherapy into medication management visits, providing a more holistic approach exploring lifestyle, coping skills, behavioral interventions and goal setting. “I am proud to get to play a small role in my patients healing journeys.”

Jill Gardner-Lollas, PMHNP-BC, brings more than a decade of critical care experience to her work in psychiatric mental health. Before becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Jill spent 12 years as an intensive care unit nurse, caring for medically complex and critically ill patients.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she served patients in Texas and New Mexico, providing compassionate care during an unprecedented time in healthcare. Jill’s commitment to service is deeply personal. Married for more than 30 years to a firefighter and the parent of four children working in healthcare, she holds a special respect for first responders, law enforcement, and medical professionals. This background informs her empathetic, grounded approach and her dedication to supporting those who serve..
As a PMHNP, Jill integrates her strong medical background with a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach. She is committed to meeting patients where they are, fostering trust, and delivering thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care.
